Villa Ponderosa

Villa Ponderosa is the community clubhouse. This area houses the Association’s Village Office and function hall for meetings, seminars, and parties. It also includes the following facilities:

Capilla de Las Flores - Used for Weddings, Baptismals and Holy Mass Services

Cafe Rosa - For residents’ parties and get-togethers

Plaza Maravilla - A large open courtyard surrounded by benches, palm and golden shower trees to provide shade. The Plaza is used for large events and can accommodate up to 500 people

Swimming Pool - 4 feet deep swimming pool for adults with adjoining kiddie pool and locker rooms
